1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the iTNet Softphone application and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.
Important Declaration: Private Enterprise Network
iTNet operates exclusively as a Private Enterprise Network (Private PBX) for closed-loop communications. We explicitly disclaim any classification as a public telecommunications service provider. We do not provide public international calling, PSTN termination for the general public, or emergency calling services (e.g., 911, 112). Users acknowledge that public telecom regulatory requirements and consumer telecom protections do not apply to this private network.
2. User Responsibilities
As a user of the iTNet network, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and SIP registration details.
- Ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
- Promptly notifying your system administrator or iTNet support of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.
- Providing accurate and current information when establishing your account.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
The Services are provided for legitimate business and authorized private communications. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
- Spam and Abuse: Sending unsolicited communications, robocalls, spam, or engaging in harassment.
- Fraudulent Activity: Using the network for phishing, spoofing caller IDs, toll fraud, or any deceptive practices.
- Network Interference: Attempting to bypass security measures, executing denial-of-service attacks, or intentionally degrading network performance.
- Illegal Content: Transmitting or facilitating the transmission of unlawful material.
4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Disclaimer of Warranties
We strive to maintain high availability and target a 99.9% uptime for our core routing and PBX infrastructure. However:
- The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure against all threats.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iTNet Solutions and its affiliates, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
