How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to permanently delete your iTNet Softphone account, including all your personal information, call history, and billing records, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to our privacy team at: privacy@itnet247.com
  • Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  • In the body of the email, please include the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

Important Information

Please note that account deletion is irreversible. Once processed, you will lose access to your remaining VoIP balance, call history, and active subscriptions. Financial and billing records may be retained for a legally required period for tax and accounting purposes before being permanently purged.

We will process your request within 30 days of receipt and notify you once your data has been successfully removed from our active systems.
